On other side of kitchen there is a deck 12’ by 14’ or 168 square feet, stairs leading down to car port, which is 20’ by 21’ that’s all under roof, (2 vehicles will fit under it ). Home, Porch & deck has tie downs with anchors above code. There is a lot of up grades with this home. Inside home there is master bedroom with large walk in closet with mirror sliding doors. Ceiling fan with lights & remote + phone connection. Master bath as garden tub (fiberglass), 2 separate china lavatories with quality faucets, extra built in cabinets. Fiberglass shower which has 2 seats & phone connection. There is a 12,000 BTU (Frigidaire) window air condition with remote. The other two bedrooms have phone connections & ceiling fans with lights, one has remote too. Large kitchen with solid wood door cabinets with adjustable shelves with lights above cabinets, dual metal drawer guides (for easy roll out), under cabinets there is space maker cutting board, GE Clock, Radio, Cd player, Florescent light, Black & Decker can opener, Toast-R-Oven & coffeemaker. Island with stove, self cleaning oven, diswasher. Ceiling fan with lights. Chest freezer (23.0 CU. FT.) Phone conection. Large laundry room with lots of cabinets, drawers. Over 6’ countertop with deep large fiberglass sink & Moen faucet. With washer & dryer, 20” countertop between washer & dryer. Iron board that hangs on wall & Iron holder. All windows have marble window sills, blinds & screens. Can negotiated on curtains. In 1997 remodeled, put in new Maytag dishwasher, whirlpool ceramic surface cook top stove, GE refrigerator with automatic icemaker on front door, select cubes, crushed ice or water & electronic monitor & diagnostic system, (keeps an eye on things for you), new vinyl floor in kitchen & laundry room. New roof in 2000. Installed 2003 Corstone deep double sink with Price Pfister faucet & food waste disposer in kitchen. Drilled deep well with pump, but in January 2004 put in new STA-RITE 4” Submersible pump with 5 year warranty & new holding tank.) Septic tank holds 900 gallon. Power pole (electric.) Quality fence & cross fenced with the Non-climbe fence, most of fence post are painted white, with six 12’ gates, one 4’ gate & one 6’ gate, which means you can access truck with trailer anywhere on the 5 acres. The pasture have 4 ways to be closed off or leave all gates open & makes it into a horse shoe, with home in middle with large yard. There is around 600 viburum bushes, that was planted in 1998, on front of Woodland Dr. & along both sides for total privacy, they are around 8-12’ now. There is around 1600’ of under ground PVC water pip & 1400’ above that goes along hedge, with 8 shut off spigot, that water hoses can easily be accessed anywhere in the pastures. Main gate GTO/PRO automatic gate operator, with digital keypad & remote for vehicle. Dusk to dawn lantern on each side of gate & electric outlet on each side too. Circle driveway with packed crushed wash run base. There are a total of 51 MALIBU lights, that goes along each side of driveway & around back of home, (DOG PEN) making it to a horse shoe with 2 timers. Inside circle drive there is around 65 pittospurum bushes, that’s trimmed 5’ height hedge, there is 2 orange trees & 2 fig trees, azaleas, nora grant ixora & more flowers. 2 electric outlet, water spigot with hose & hose compartment. Everything waters with automatic sprinkler system timer (TORO), there is two 6 station timers that waters all of yard, the pittospurum hedge & all of the flower beds. All hedges & all flower beds have black plastic with mulch on top to keep weeds down. Where the wall is I have put up white lattice with water fountain on top & flowers around (nora grant ixora) to make it attratctive to look at. There is electric outlets, water spigot with hose & hanger, that’s where one of the sprinkler timer is located. There is a lot of scalloped edged stone around all flower beds & some of the trees with flowers around. There is a lot of step stones all over (walk ways). First shed 12’ by 16’, has outlets, lights, L shaped workbench, with 42” by 30” metal tool box, 5 drawers & big compartment with door under the workbench. Lots of shelves & pegboard. Second shed 10’ by 16’, custom built from the first shed so it matches. It has 2 doors for easy access with lawn mower rider. Shelves, pegboard lots of storage for garden stuff, with outlet, light & that’s where the other sprinkler timer is located. Water spigot with hose & hose wheel holder on first shed. One side of home & back is set up for dog pen, with ramp going up to the deck under the car port, with pet door. In the back is where the septic tank is located. Installed end of June 2004 new 5 ton CARRIER air condition, heats & cools home, with 5 years warranty. There is a Menmore water softener that’s inside a small plastic shed. There is three water filters on the water line going in to home. There is two electric outlet & two water spigiots with hose & hangers. The barn was built 2001 its 48’ by 20’ or 960 square feet, with overhang. Three 10’ by 12’ stalls with groundmaster stall flooring, automatic water cups, bucket holders & each stall has small pen to go out to from stall & all have gates & of course front of stalls has metal mesh gates. Above each stall there is electric outlets for plugging in fans in summer time + night lights if desired, on/off switch in tack room. There is a 10’ by 36’ walk way that’s concrete with three Florecent lights, on/off switch in track room. 12’ by 12’ wash & groom area with cross ties that’s concrete. Tack & feed area is 12’ by 20’ its all concrete with one standard door & one wider door that makes it easier to carry hay bales thru, can back truck load of hay to door. Tack area has electric brake box panel. Parmak super energizer 9.1. joules low impedance electric fencer, charges up to 50 miles of fence & shocks through heavy weeds, double fuse protection & built in lightning arrestor. There is a 10’6” countertop with sink & faucet, lots of pegboard & metal adjustable shelves. In the back area of tack room you can fit 80 bales of hay. There is a lot of electric outlets, lights & phone connection. There is 2” electric fence tape with 1000 lb break load going along the viburnum hedge, to protect it from the horses & the never rust electric wire in the middle of all pasture side of the non-climb fence, so the horses don’t lean on fence. On one side of back pasture, there is a area for extra step stones, (junk corner) with 2” electric tape with handle. On other back corner, there is a deep burn hole, its got the 2” tape also around it, with 12’ opening for easy access by backing utility trailer down, with 2” tape & handle so horses cant go near burn area, there is water spigot with hose & hose wheel near the burn hole.
