The former farm is in a small town belonging to the "Verbandsgemeinde Puderbach". It’s in the
"Rheinischer Westerwald" nature park. The town Puderbach is about 5KM away and provides everything from doctors, school to grocerry shopping. 8KM away is the city Altenkirchen. Connection to the Autobahn A3 is about 10 minutes away. The object is at the outer edge of the town. It's aprox. 45 minutes to the city Bonn.
