Wanting to put my experience to wider use, I am working with partners to create a pooled investment fund so that others can profit from the dynamic market in Bulgaria.

It might be of interest to those who do not have the time to do their own full-time research into the market to find what are currently the best investments - and where they are. There are other obvious benefits to it too; a pooled investment means risk is distributed over the larger number of properties that a fund can purchase. Also with higher capital input we will be able to negotiate greater discounts.
