Hello everybody,

Have you ever thought of buying a property in Bulgaria?? Never heard about a friend that already have done it?
I am Bulgarian but 8 years of my life passed in Florence (Italy). Recently I moved back to Bulgaria, and I realized that a lot of British people have already invested in properties in Bulgaria. I personally know several British families living in my area.

Why so many foreigners are buying properties in Bulgaria??? Here's the reason.. Bulgaria is a country with wonderful nature, in some parts it is completely wild. Mountains, hills, forests, sea... untouched from the human beings. But there are also many modern and civilized cities, sea and ski resorts, casinos, hotels etc... This is what the real Bulgaria is. A combination between wild nature and civilization. But the major assets of this country are the low cost of living and cheap properties.

I would like to show you these four really beautiful houses in Bulgaria. They are situated in the North part near Danube river, 1 hour and a half drive from the capital Sofia. They are all with solid and stable constructions. Some of them have an additional building in their gardens. The area is very picturesque (forests, hills) but it is also with good communications and closed to many facilities.

If somebody is interested in buying a property in Bulgaria, or would like and advice, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Best wishes to everybody.

Hello,
My name is John Collins from Manchester. I thought, like many others to become a happy owner of second home in Bulgaria. Unfortunatlly my first attempt was totaly wrong with Bulgarian Properties Group. I was told by Adriana that my initial fee of J20,000 will be deducted from the total comission after the suessful completion of the contract. Sadly she not only stopped calling me but also I was unable to find her on any of the numbers given. I went to the office of Bulgarian Properties Group but the secretary told me to buzz off and that she won't talk to me.

My odyssey finished with J20,000 less and no home in Banksko, Bulgaria.
Thank you Adriana!

John Collins

P.S. Unaware buyers: check your sources of information twice.

Hello John,

It is really a shame what happened with you and your money. But in Bulgaria (and I think anywhere in the world) when you pay for something it is higly reccomended to take a receipt or sign a contact. Especially when we talk about high amounts like 20.000 pounds.
In Britain when you confide in somebody you are almost 100% that there won't be any problems. In Bulgaria it is not the same. If you want to be sure that everything will be perfect these 4 things are a must: serious agent, good solicitor/lawyer, legal interpreter and clear contracts.

I repeat that I'm really sorry about what happened to you. But don't be desperate. If in the future you want to purchase a property in Bulgaria chek your sources not twice but four times.
Can I ask you to tell me the website of the agency you are talking about (BPG) and where is there office (UK, Bulgaria...)? You can send them to me also by e-mail: kirilbarakov@yahoo.co.uk

Best wishes
kiril

RE: Just a short note of total disappointment of BPG

Everywhere the real estate market establishes itself as the most dynamic and responsible domain of Trade and Services. The competition is fierce, but when it is honest, it works in favor of both sides – the Client and the Seller.

However, “Black PR” roams on this same real estate market and its courage knows only the publishing of smear and transparent stories (the so called snow jobs), while its anonymity remains obvious for everyone. Recently this childish marketing trick was applied to us – Bulgarian Properties Group Ltd. – a well-known Bulgarian real estate company, working publicly, professionally, participating in international exhibitions and shows and winning bigger and bigger market share.

In Europe there is not a serious investor who will not acknowledge in his investment plan the merits of Bulgaria. For the citizens of many European countries Bulgaria is the Promised Land not only for a holiday, but also for a second home. We work with full awareness for this responsibility, we love Bulgaria, we cherish the people that come to Bulgaria with good intentions. We do not wish through the unfair use of our name the reputation of our country and of our colleagues in the real estate business to be lowered.

Visit our web-site www.bpg-bg.com , welcome to beautiful Bulgaria, welcome to our office, where you shall see that we are able to offer you the best.

Bulgarian Properties Group thanks all of its clients and partners for the successful 2005 year. Bulgarian Properties Group thanks all of its competitors for that in most of the cases the battle was honest and the victory was well-deserved.
