Bulgaria??? NO WAY TO LOSE THE CHANCE TO INVEST NOW!!

If you are interested in investing in Bulgaria, and would like to have a good profit from your Bulgarian property just in some years, I must say this is the right moment. The prices of the properties are still very low, but they are increasing quickly. And they will increase a lot especially when Bulgaria will be part of the EU in 2007.

I would like to show you these 4 properties. In this moment they could be the perfect investment in Bulgaria. They are situated in the North part of the country, one hour and a half drive from Sofia. The properties in this area are very beautiful and stable and the prices are really low (from 15.000 euro to 30.000 euro). This area is not developed very well yet, and foreigners are starting to invest now. Because of this in my opinion this is a great place for investment. The prices are going to increase very much just in some years. If you would like to see the houses please click on the pictures below:

Hi there,

the subject of my thread was investing in bulgaria. when you invest money in something (properties in this case), you would like to have a profit. Because of this I was talking about "profit".

example: if somebody invests 10.000 in something, after a period his interest will be to sell the item at the price of 15.000.

Anyway, I am trying to show you some wonderful houses, situated in a wonderful area. The buyer will decide what to do with his property...

best wishes to everybody

Yes, the buyer will decide - and if they have any sense they will not choose anyone who says "invest with me for lots of profit" or "spend 10,000 and make 15,000" with no proof, no time scale, no risk.... as far as I can make out....

We live here and do business here, and have done for a long time - my husband has being doing business in bulgaria since 86 and my father is Hungarian.... so we know where you are coming from!

We are the only independent magazine providing truthful and unbiased information for foreign investors in BG - and as such, we are highly valued....

Perhaps you might like to get in touch with us, we would be happy to run an article about you if you can provide us with legitimate proof that you are servicing the buying market correctly (i.e., not just telling them that they can make a profit and leaving it at that without explaining that the market can go up or down.... and so forth)

Hope to hear from you soonest on open forum - it is always good to get news from brokers who are trustworthy.

All the best, Jain
