Ok so you respond, then you get this back - again reitterating the sick mother. He now tells you how he is a nice caring, calm person. He fails to tell you he is a lieing thieving scumbag who would sell his sister for a few $$$ who would leave you in debt and even let you get arrested.

Thanks for getting back to me.i am extremely interested in renting the and very happy to hear from u.i am willing to sign a 1 years lease lease but right now i am in west africa to see my sick mom and i am planning to come back now and i will be very happy if u will consider the two bedrooms rent to me.i am ok with the price and i am willing to pay the request price.i am willing to pay 2 months in advance from now and i will want u to get back to me with the total cost for that 2 months so i can know how to make out the payment and also i will like to know the method of payment u will like to receive.i am planning to come back on the 7th of august.

Ok so now you get the story - he has someone owing him money. Will trust you a complete stranger with several thousand $$$, you get the cheque from his counterfeiter in the US and pay it into your account. The get the excess and send it back to him using western union. He gets the money, you think you get rent money, but then the bank calls to say the cheques is fake or stolen - you lose, he wins. When you try to contact him he is gone, his yahoo account will get abandoned, well they are free to use. Western union are not interested - you sent it at your risk!

Thanks for getting back to me.As regards payment,this is what i am going to do. I have a client in the US who is owing me US$4,000 i would instruct him to make out certified check to you in that amount you can now deduct your money from it and send me my balance, Although the value of the check is more than the total price but i think i should be able to trust you with my balance.The reason why i am doing this is that it would take a check sent from over here in Africa 21days to clear over there,whereas a check sent from the! US would clear tops within 48hrs..Please let me have your full contact address where the check will be mailed out to.,also i will like to know the full name the check will be made out to. so that i can instruct my client to make out the check to you.Pls get back to me as soon as you get this mail so that we can round things up in a timely fashion.you will email or fax me a copy of the reciept after payment as been recieved.i will send you a copy of my pics.PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS U GET THIS MAIL.
