We bought out of the centre we thought it to busy and
bustling.Plus the silver sands ,diamond beach ,davutlar area are much cheaper
For both property and living costs.
Buying was a sinch much easier than in the UK ,just
stick to the proven people.
We are so chuffed with our site
Our great property is on the outskirts of the resort
of Kusadasi, on the West coast of Turkey, popularly
known as the Turquoise coast due to the beautiful sea
colour.
A beautifull 3 story villa at the peaceful town of
Davutlar.Close to the beautiful town of Guzalcamli which borders the famous national park.
The site itself is set at the foothills of the
stunning national park.
The villa is 16km from the bustling centre of Kusadasi
along Long Beach
.The villa is 5 minutes from the beach(Love Beach) and
has a large swimming pool.
The three floored villa has 4 bedrooms ,two with
double beds, one with bunk beds and one with two single
beds.

On the main Dolmus route to Kusadasi.

I prefer using www.propertyrepublic.com, I know they have successfully sold many properties (including to me) at really good prices, and they are serious in the property market in Turkey and Cyprus.

Congratulations to your purchase in Kusadasi. But I must correct that your house is not at Long Beach. Long Beach itself is the part starting from the beaches of the Fantasia and Onura Hotels to the area of the Nazilli Bazaar. Long Beach is followed by Paradise Beach, Silver Sand Beach, ..... to Love Beach. It sounds like your house is at Love Beach.
Nevertheless all Kusadasi Beaches are beautiful. :)

Your certainly right about the damp issue.Everyone seems to suffer from it around us.
I did not realise this before but yes i suppose it stands to reason about the sea and the damp.
You certainly seem to know your stuff.
Tommy i do not know whether they were exclusive to Brits only ,but i do remember them being advertised as this.
If you were buying around the Kusadasi area ,where would you buy?
Away from the sea and damp.
What is your opuinion on Sogucak ?
There are some wonderful properties up there on the hill.

Im always ready to listen to good advice.
What do you think the future holds for the Davutlar area ?
There are a lot of sites precently being built.
Do you see the town itself going all touristy .
Will the whole area develop into a resort in itself.
Where do you think the best sites are presently for a outlay of say £60,000
