Just to let you know, if you haven't heard already, CapitalGrowthUK.com, conned lots of investors out off hundreds of thousands of pounds over a period of 6 months and now are in liquidation. I was one of them who lost a lot of money. I went to the creditors meeting and found out that just 5 days before liquidation, their director MR Qamar Siddiqi appointed himself as director of another company Portfolio Builders UK. No doubt he's trying to con some more investors through his new company.

Stay away from these guys. They promise 2 yr rental guarantees, deposit paid etc it's all a big con. I saw Mr Siddiqi and he looks every bit the real scam artist.

Before you buy any property, do your due dilligence. If you see any directors called Siddiqi, then stay away. The other director of the company is his brothers, Saqeb Siddiqi and Zac Siddiqi. They now have an offic in:

I just checked their company info in the companies house and they still seem to be operating. It would be useful to know what trading name they may be using or what property website they may be using, to help expose them more. Changing of company names like this is blatant fraud, why are they not being investigated? But just for your info, the company was incorporated in January 2007, not after the liquidation
