I have recently received a mailshot from a company called "Black Sea Magic Group". They invite you to work with them, invest in them, or purchase property in Bulgaria through them. Does anyone know anything about them i.e. if they are kosher or not, or if there are any problems. Replies can be private if preferred.
Many thanks, Burdekin

Replying to my own query, I have made lots of enquiries and it seems these people though probably not dishonest are inefficient and incompetent and I would not want to invest money with them. What does anyone else think?

What do you mean by nnefficient - if you are planning to make a whole pile of money for no time - NO GO. For the incompetence is possible - many companies try to do whatever possible just to get the investors spend their money so they can get the commision. You must be carefull with choosing your "personal advisors" while hunting for good deals. Especialy in Bulgaria the good deals are to be thoroughly hunted and prepared. For instance these day a customer came and said I have bought 4 apartments and I`m 2 months away from having them fully finished but I need to free capital for a business oportunity fast. He sells them ata the price he has bought they an year and a half ago.
But deal like this are becoming a rare catch.
So the right place and the right time with the right measured rish makes the best possible profit.

By inefficient I mean not getting things done - either taking too long to get round to things, or not getting them done at all. If a company is inefficient in small things, it does not increase your confidence to invest money with them. My experience of Black Sea Magic Group is that they are inefficient and sloppy.

I cant speak about this developer but in my humble experience I saw lots of builders that are a little bit slow on finishing their promissed work.
There are some investigation tricks that can tell you If the company is strong and depends only on his powers or relays on buyers money only. If you provide me the name of the Company (exact name) and the place of registration I think I can check some financial history.
Before you buy whatever offplan appartment check if you are buying from the company that has the rights to sell you this prop.
Kind regards

Hi
I have recently invested £6000 with Black Sea Magic Group (also operate under the name Oyster Club Bulgaria Ltd). They are registered with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce (not sure if that means anything).
My question is: has anyone has invested money with them or is this is a scam.
Intitally I paid £20 joining fee and did some research on the company. They are also registered with the UK Chamber of Commerce.
Any feedback / opinions greatly appreciated.
Thanks
