First post here and just looking for some thoughts on the following property that we are 90% sure on...

1 bed apartment in central Sofia (next to Stochna Gara) - off plan purchase in a small block of apartments. Completion date Dec 2007 approx.

47 sq metres for 50,000 UK Pounds.

Developer is Bulgarian Dreams (www.bulgariandreams.com)

Approx rental yield of 7% advised.

I'd be keen to hear your thoughts on this area of the city, the purchase price, any comments on the developer and any other advice!

Nice to see you here - are you sure that price is in pounds and not euros???

It just seemed a bit strange to me, especially as it is off plan with a build completion of end 2007. What's included in the build and which road exactly is it in. The area is important but so is the actual road as one can be so much better or worse than another here in Sofia.
