I'm trying to get some interest in shared ownership of an apartment (pre-owned) in Mallorca. Total cost 250,000 pounds. Shares available from 75,000 (15 weeks use) down to 100! (a lottery will decide whether you receive a week in any year). The scheme would run for 5 years after which the apartment would be sold and the value would be returned to the owners pro-rata for their share size.
