Default Switzerland: buy you own ski chalet or ski apartment! - 10-12-2006, 09:20 AM

Although Switzerland is perceived to be expensive, property prices in most Swiss ski resorts are more reasonable than in the popular French resorts. The little new construction in French ski resorts in recent years and strong demand from UK buyers pushed prices up.

There is an increased demand for dual season attractive resorts and also for high altitude resorts within a short distance from an airport, like Geneva or Sion.

Buyers should look therefore in Swiss resorts in the Verbier ski area such as Haute-Nendaz, Veysonnaz, La Tzoumaz, Les Collons and also in Anzčre and Ovronnaz as the superior construction quality, reasonable prices and the choice of property on offer, makes it more likely that you will find a property in your budget. Thanks to the budget airlines those “hotspots” have become “weekendable”.

Dreamchalet.ch currently offer a stunning selection of superb ski apartments and wooden ski chalets for sale in Switzerland.
We provide both new builds and 'bespoke' developments whereby architects will assist you realise all your plans, apply and arrange planning permission and oversee the building process. All properties are finished to the highest design and materials.

Don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re more than happy to help you making your ‘dream’ comes true!
