If you are looking for informaiton on a very good inland golf resort I have just come back from looking at the United Golf Resort at La Tercia.

They are currently have several different villsa and apartments to choose from ranging from €154,080 for a floor 1 apartment with 2 bed 1 bath, to luxury villas at €418,370.

Phase one was released 6 weeks ago and already all the front line properties have been sold.

Not only are they well designed but what really got me was the vacum system. In the kitchen there is a floor gap where particles are sucked into the central system. Then there are plugs throughout the property where you plug a hose into. This mean no seperate vacum cleaner is needed.

Other aspects are a commercial centre, sports centre and it is well situated with a traveling time of only 10 minutes to the beach. It is situated between San Javier airport and the new Murcia airport which commences build this December.
