Default Thinking of buying property in Turkey - 11-19-2005, 07:32 PM

There is a greater chance of getting a greater return of your investment in Altinkum or even the small town of Akbuk.
Altinkum as already started building a marina north of the third beach area and there are plans for a golf course.
There are already two five star hotels in the area.
Prices are rising faster here than in most other areas of Turkey.
Akbuk at the moment is a small quiet town but the local council have applied for a tourism licence and they have plans to develope the area in to a five star resort.
Here too there is one of the top ten five star hotels in the whole of Turkey.
I purchased an apartment this year and I'm hoping my investment will increase on a average of 30% a year.
I hope this info is useful to any prospective buyer.
Thanks
Alan
