Bulgaria Is The Place To Be!!! -

Now is the right time to buy properties in Bulgaria because over the last third part of the year the values have risen by 12%, but at the same time the values remain lower than in the neighbouring countries and certainly lower than the traditional hotspots of Spain and Portugal.
