Default Investing in eatern Europe. Is it the right time? - 01-27-2006, 01:51 PM

I agree with that property purchases need planing, but if you do your home work you can be successful and buy something for couple of thousands and sell it in just few years and win good money by doing absolutely nothing. You just have to pick a spot with good location (near the sea for example) and wait till the area developes. And then you you don't have to search for somebody to buy your house or land, but they will call you to asking you to sell it.
I live in Bulgaria and I know what I'm talking about ,because I've seen this and done this many times. No question. Do you realy thing that all these countries are so different from the rest of Europe? I think they aren't, they are just on a different level of development. All the european countries have been on that level years ago. So better do some research or ask people with experience and if you have couple of thousands INVEST, because otherwise you will be only be a spectator of the development. And what will you do with couple of thousands in UK ??? spend them ! and ? better invest them, because you won't loose, you will transform the money into something that will keep your money safe.
Please share your good/bad experience with us all.
