Wink Total investment dealbreaker! - 04-15-2006, 02:33 PM

Many people so far found the best place to buy an immobile property - Bulgaria. A small country located in the south-east part of Europe, on the Balkans. The nature is amazing, there are many hilly areas, high mountains, green valleys, untouched places that attract people from all over the world. When you walk or drive through a valley you see wonderful green forests full of many animals and beautiful places, pass through a river that comes from the near mountain and you reach the amazing Black sea. many tourists have admitted that Bulgaria has the best beaches on this incredible sea. There are famous resorts as Sunny Beach, Golden Sands, Albena, Rusalka, that attract the lovers of summer nights near the sand. Another wonderful side of the nature are the mountains. More of the half land is hilly and there are really very beautiful views.

Good news for those of you who have decided to own land in this perfect place!

Bulgaria is preparing to get in the big EU family in 2007.
People in Bulgaria are very warm and pleasant with newcomers, so that you won't even feel that you are in other country.
The prices on the immobile property market are still very low. You may buy a wonderful villa or small town for renovation with big yard for approximately 25000 - 30000 euros. Of course, if you wish to own a property on the beach or high in the mountain it would cost you around 50000 - 100000 euros but the investment would be back to you in times.

You've probably liked the idea to have very good house at low price, so I should tell you where you should look for such, because there are so many real-estate agencies that would try to take your money and do nothing
If you wish to look like this the best thing is a company that is on the market for more than 10 years (and for the criteria of bulgarians that's a lot). It is based in the sea capital of the country - Varna, but there are many offices around the country. I've bought my house with their help and I liked very much their way of working. The name of the company is PolycontacT Ltd.
I can give you their website - www.bg-realestate.com .
It would be a pleasure for me if I helped.

Best regards to all of you,
Kevin Stanishev (my grandfather was born in Bulgaria actually),
London
