Default Booming In Barbados & The Caribbean - 04-21-2006, 12:57 AM

The rich and famous have been doing it for years!

It has recently become affordable, we have great property developments for under 100k - 30m.

Cricket 2007 is coming, so great for capital appreciation and rental return... The Caribbean does not have enough rooms for the tourists iro cricket 2007. The local governments are having to lease cruise ships for the overload of tourists during this period.

We have fantastic developments throughout the Caribbean being offered now... off plan, golf course residential, beachfront etc etc.

Competitive mortgage rates.... 100% mortgages possible.

The cricket is one thing. The Caribbean is here to stay and grow hugely.

World class restaurants, strong economies, safe and secure, wonderful beaches.

Rub shoulders with Sir Cliff Richard, Tom Cruise, Wayne Rooney and Tony Blair if you wish.

Barbados, St, Vincent, St. Lucia............

Default The Caribbean - 04-21-2006, 12:59 AM

THE CARIBBEAN. Unbeatable capital appreciation and Rental Profits. The Caribbean is just about to boom massively.

Developers from the UK are flocking to the Caribbean!!! Catch it early, whilst prices are low, as this market will only increase and increase and evolve into one of the capitals of overseas property along with maybe Dubai and Australia.

Think about it, it is the safest most beautiful safe havens in the world. The beaches are remarkable and the people are friendly and welcoming, without the politics involved with some other cultures.

I have had a home in the Caribbean and Barbados for 6 yrs, so know the Caribbean extremely well.

It has become affordable, so it truly would be a mistake not to look at it as a real option. It offers everything you would ever want and much more in an overseas property destination.
