People debate where is currently the best country to purchase property.
Without doubt it has to be Turkey.
Property is expected to rise between %25-30 over the next 12 months.
The Lira has has weakkened withe £ fetching nearly 3 Lira.
My advise is to get in while you can ,personally we went out of main resort and the buying costs and living costs are considerbly lower than in Kusadasi.
There are properties with 4 bedrroms being built offplan on all European sites that will be worth significantly more when finished.
I made the decision to buy 2 years ago and have fell in love with the people.

Stick to proven emlaks and everything will be fine.
