forget the costa del sol, not alot sells in spain anymore and most are investing outside of spain, for what you can spend in spain you can buy loads more elsewhere.
visit http://www.capeverdepropertymarket.com and i can tell you where is hot and where is not, which agents to use and so on. i do not sell property or anything else just a very interested person in overseas investments. it is possible to buy atleast 3 or more properties for the price of the costa's in which reselling in several years could make you an extra 100,000€ |
