Nambiti Private Game Reserve is a big five malaria free reserve situated 2.5hrs from Durban and 3.5 hrs from Johannesburg, along the N3. The Private Game Reserve is just 10 minutes outside of Ladysmith at the top of the Tugela Valley.
Lodges and Properties for Sale - KwaZulu Natal
Sites in the Nambiti Private Game Reserve can be sold as either empty properties or as a build lodge on a selected piece of ground. These sites range from R6 million - R12 million each.
Conceptual Designs for 7 Star Lodges are available.
This Private Game Reserve is extremely exclusive, as there are only 12 camps on the entire property, limited by bed numbers and traversing of vehicles. Each camp is individually owned and managed. The Reserve is managed by a board and management company controlled by the lodge owners.
The current levies for Nambiti Falls is R15 000 ($2 000) per month for the running of the reserve.
