The homestead for sale has directly connected to the house just under 1 hectar of land and includes a family house, stables/sheds and a large barn, all of which are in good condition. The main house has a new roof, new wooden floors and ceilings with new ecological heat insulatin. All buildings have about 70cm thick stone walls, the newest part of the main house is built from brick (over 80 years old) and is also 70cm thick.
The main family house, stables, sheds and barn are attached forming a large enclosed yard on three sides for privacy and protection in both summer and winter. The former stables with arched ceilings, sheds for storing wood are possible to convert it into generously sized work-shop, garrage etc. With hay loft above sheds to store hay (for which there is plenty of opertunity to cut and make if that is your interest) or convert to additional accomodation etc. A large well-maintained barn closes off the yard on the north side and gives additional privacy and protection. A large and very efficient brick heat accumulating stove has just been completed, according to a Russian design and most modern priciples which has only just been introduced to the Czech republic, ideal for cooking and making home bread etc. This allows very comfortable living conditions with very little wood being burnt, cut and chopped, also freeing owner from continually feeding the fire. New electrical wiring, connection to telephone as well as good access to internet 24/7 via shared village internet. The house is mostly fixed, much of the mostly dirty and labour intensive work is complete however there is place for the new owner to complete according to your own tastes and desires.
Also connected to the property is a large additional meadows together with a renovated pond which was just empted in the video and is waiting for a little more rain to fill again.
