| The Area:
Situated in a small and quiet village about 15 miles away from Russe city. The nature around is very picturesque - combining rocky hills wide plains and forests. There are several small and medium size lakes good for fishing. Hunting is very popular as well and each village has its own hunting group. The nature provides plenty good places for picnics, walking hiking etc. It is extremely pleasant area for holidays and recreation with the pure air and quietness! The village is accessible all year long and the roads are kept in excellent condition. It takse 15 minutes to drive to Russe city!
The Village:
The village is situated just a few kilommeters off the main international road Sofia – Russe – Bucharest. It is only 15 miles before Russe city! It is very close to the Danube river (4 miles) and there is a nice fishing lake just near the village. The forests around are used for hunting and the village has its own hunting group. The village is very presentable and there are more than 900 people living in it. There are several shops, petrol and gas station. The bus stop is in the central part of the village and there are connections to the city on every 1.30 hours! It is only 15 minutes drive to get to the nearest shopping center in Russe. There is an existing airport in Russe that is being reconstructed and will be reopened at the end of 2008. At the moment the nearest airport is in Bucharest – less than 100 miles from the property! The nearest train station is in Russe. The seacoast is only 150 miles from the property. The roads are excellent and it takes maximum 2 and a half hours to get to Varna sea coast! There are more than 25 properties already owned by foreign people and 4 families are living there permanently. |
