About this more than 12 - Unusual |
The land is 8000m2, only 50m from the sea and 250m from a sandy beach and 3km from the main town of Paros , Parikia. It is 300m from the main road and the location has an excellent sea view, is very near to town for guests and quiet as no motorbikes or cars pass nearby.
It consits of 8 two stories houses that have one apartment on the ground floor and one on the first floor. 10 of them have two rooms, one bedroom , one living room with two sofa beds, kitchen and bathroom, 4 have two rooms and two bathrooms and 3 of them have 3 rooms, that is two bedrooms each.
All of them have two large verandas,one facing the sea and the other facing the garden or the pool or patios on the groundfloor.All outside verandas and patios have pergolas and veranda furniture. The patios have lawn in front of them.
There are 24 rooms, studios , studios superior or suites, These are one large room with kitchenette ,bathroom and balcony or veranda on the ground floor.
Six of them are in one building above the pool and the rest in one 2 stories building with a patio in the middle behind tthe first one.They are overlooking the garden or have a partial sea view and the superior and suites are overlooking the pool and have an unimpended sea view
Among those buildings there is the pool and the pool bar.
In the front of all the buildings there is the reception , dining room and living room.There is also a hall which hosts art exhibitions by well known artists and can also serve as a small conference hall .
There is a kitchen and outside it a taverna with pergola and sea view where we can also have a coctail reception for a baptism or a marriage removing the tables and chairs and seting up a buffet.
This year in the semi basement of the back building we had a spa and gym constructed by a well known company that creates spas in a lot of well known hotels.The spa centre has a gym, a hammam, two treatment rooms and a room with a hydromassage .
There is also a semi basement under the building directly above the pool which is designated to be a conference hall.
There is ample parking space.
The studios and the reception were built 5 years ago and the hotel (16 years ago) is excellently kept and renovated every year. For example we reconstructed half the garden last year putting lawn and we did the other half this year plus a children's playground and tiled the bottom of the pool with mosaic tiles.
In our future plans is the constuction of a small chapel so that we can have the marriage and baptism services here for the events organised by our hotel.
We also have a small minibus for *s transfers.
We have a faithful *ele who come every year and we are highly recomended by many who visit for the first time.
We are ready to discuss all serious proposals. Note that you there is no tax as the shares of the holding company will be transfered to the buyer.
