Property history: Property was builded in 1995. It had been working as a private clinic untill we bought it in 2006. It was reconstructed in 2006 and started working as hotel. Location Hotel "Vila Senjora" is located in small town called Garliava. Garliava is located right after border of Kaunas city. So hotel is only 10km far from Kaunas central post office. Hotel is also 2km away from highway "via Baltica", this highway connects Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Kaunas airport is 20km from our hotel. Bus and train station is 9 km from hotel. So, afterall location is away from city noise, but it is also very easily to reach. It is easier to visit Kaunas botanical garden and Kaunas aviation museum from Garliava, than Kaunas. Builing: It is 3 storey building with huge basement. Overall area is 820 sq. metres. Rooms: * 10 rooms for our guests, every rooms has its own batroom. One of those rooms is with massage bath (jacuzzi) instead of shower. * Huge kitchen, * 2 banquet halls (one for 70 people, another for 35-40 people, but we use smaller one for cafeteria-bar and breakfast place, when there is no banquets), * One extra huge room for big groups of tourist (10-14 people). * Huge receiption, * 2 extra WC for guest without rooms, * Linen room for second floor rooms.
