LOCATION
The hotel location is at the Black Sea resort of Lozenetz, in Bulgaria, Europe. (Click to visit Google Maps to zoom in and out).
The hotel can be found in the South West corner of the resort in quiet surroundings away from noisy beach bars yet just 300m from the stunning beaches.
The popular resort offers one large beach and one smaller one together with a few more 'wild' (no life-guard) beaches near by, all within approximately 10 minutes walk from the hotel. A surfing school, jet-ski hire, offroad and extreme sports and many other beach related activities are also readily available.
THE HOTEL
A very attractive building which was a professional new-build completed in 2009 consisting of 1574 sq.m. (1458 sq.m. living/working space + 116 sq.m. in balconies) There is 420 sq.m. of land on which the hotel swimming pool, children's pool and outside Summer bar is placed, together with ample sun-bathing areas.
Each room has an entrance hall, at least one balcony, air-conditioning, private bathroom or shower room, a color tv linked to Cable (65+ channels), LAN internet, a refridgerator and is furnished to a high standard. (All furnishings are included in the sale). An elevator as well as staircase connects all five floors.
Ground floor: 185 sq.m. - restaurant (with kitchen, storage room, washing room). Entrance to the restaurant from the street and also from the pool area at the rear of the hotel, enables the ability to have food served while seated around the stunning pool and increase the covers capacity.
The restaurant itself has covers for 50 people and is 73.5 sq.m in size. (Although the furniture for the restaurant has been purchased and is included in the sale, approximately a further $25k would need to be spent in kitchen equipment and completion of the floor area.)
Next to the restaurant there is a small apartment, useful for owners occupation if required.
