A little pretty house in the beautiful north lands of Dobrudja. Situated on 30km from Silistra on the river Coast of Danube River and on 80km from sunny Varna on coast of the Black sea, the village is in the region of the National Sreburna preserve, included in the list of the biosphere nature reserves under the aegis of UNESCO and in the World Register of Natural Heritage. The property includes a one-storey house of 82sq.m. with a basement of 16sq.m. and a yard of 1000sq.m. The house is built in 1968 and is in very good condition and needs just a little refreshment. It has electricity and running water in and outside the house, a telephone and a parking lot for 2 cars. It has a marvelous terrace which opens a spectacular panoramic view towards the whole village and the charms of the region.
