Prime location – 25km from Bratislava (Capital of Slovakia) 80km from Vienna (Capital of Austria) Highway D1 Exit just 10 km from Modra This is a prime area of Little Carpathian Mountains in the environmental protected area with ban to build new properties, in royal town of Modra which is renowned wine producing location. House itself is built in primarily recreational area called Piesok, 6km from Modra Town Center, located at 700 meters above the sea level which is a highest livable point of the western Slovakia. Because of second level of environmental protection there’s a ban to built new houses/cottages/huts. Whole area is in the woods, and each property/house/cottage is secluded.
