Basement: full height (2.7 m), windows on one side, can be adapted for gym, sauna, guest rooms etc.

House was finished in 2006 and is made of local wood and stone. All furniture and small carpentry works are made by local artists. The project is genuine and unconventional. It has own sewage plant and is wood-fired.
