Amazing large country house, with beautiful river views, land..including birches , pines, fruit bushes, a large summer house, smaller outbuildings plus a gigantic barn!

2 kingsize bedrooms, one with an open fireplace upstairs, plus 2 large double bedrooms. Downstairs 1 single bedroom ( we use as an office) and one more kingsize bedroom ( which we use as a playroom and dining room). A huge lounge with high ceilings, and a large white fitted kitchen with full sized fitted freezer and fridge.

The lower level has a big garage/ workshop, a laundry and wet room,  2 storage rooms, a potato cellar, and ofcourse a big 'wood' room and boiler room..which we had converted to the newest , most energy efficient Janfire 'wood pellets' burner in December 2010. So now sacks of pellets can be stored there instead of wood.

There is a covered outer porch area, and a sun terrace upstairs overlooking the river.

For the money, this house is unbelievable..we come from England..and to have this size country house with river views would cost in the millions! We are in love with this house, it was our dream home. But due to starting our own business, and having another baby on the way..we felt we had to down size..as we also have 20 huskies to pay for. Sadly, losing the dream home is the compromise we had to make!But we are heart broken...when you come here..you will see how magical this place is.

One more thing, we are only moving about 45mins away, so can help with practical things before and after you arrive :)
