ARCHITECTURE NOTE

SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
Well preserved stone and rock supporting walls, partly made of brick masonry. The attic is made of a unique and original wood, supported by connecting elements in iron and reinforced concrete, the dividing walls of the apartments are bearing masonry and the dividing supporting internal walls are brick made. The walls have soundproofing and thermal insulation, using special internal wool mattress, in accordance with current regulations.
Antiseismic prevention
The walls of the building are reinforced by steel meshes and steel tie-beam to absorb the shock of seismic shock and earthquakes.
Roof
The roof is made of solid wood and natural mineral wood fiber, waterproof membrane, battens and coated rustic traditional tiles.
Building facade
Dehumidifying plaster coating of up to three meters high, overlaid with a coating of natural lime plaster. Painted in silicon colors.
