There is an incorporated and running company with 6 types of activities available to it with a large number of regular customers which will be transferred to buyer without any charge if he or she wishes so. The owner of the business and the complex is a former civil engineer and all buildings were built up to high standards. There is a capacity for expansion and development in the property and surrounding area. In addition, the guest house is running all year long being the only guest house in Jurkalne operating during autumn-winter period.
