This is a really interesting building for a bargain price in a lovely area of Saxony, Germany.
It used to have a restaurant on the ground floor and owners accommodation above so there's lots of space to do your own thing.
It does need work but it is habitable if you don't mind the dry toilet and limited cooking facilities.
There are two large night storage heaters, electricity and water connected, the toilet goes to a cess pit.
It has a cellar, ground floor, 1st floor and large open attic above.
We recently had a burst pipe downstairs so the unused areas and top of the stairs is a bit damp and moldy. We have now fixed the leak.
Some lower parts of the exterior walls need re-rendering, windows painting and this kind of general work is required to tidy the place up.
It needs someone to spend some time and money on it and that's why it is so cheap.
The roof has been recently professionally re-covered at a cost of 8,000 EUR and is in very good condition.
