La Vegliela is a restored Umbrian farmhouse with a swimming pool. The house is located on a wooded hill slope in a marvellous position, overlooking a valley with wonderful views. Constructed mainly of stone, with wooden beams and terracotta ceilings visible in many rooms. Besides our accomodation there are three apartments on the ground level and a separate guest annex (converted barn).
Ground floor - 2 one-bedroom apartments, with kitchen corners. Also 1 apartment with just a double bedroom and bathroom. A lean-to utility room housing the central heating boiler, water tank and washing machine. Bread oven.
The upper floor reached by an outside stairway and loggia is our living accomodation - Large lounge with fireplace. Study or dining room with fire. Kitchen. Double bedroom. Bathroom.
The annex (Capanna) is about 40mtrs from the main house. Kitchen/living room. Double bedroom. Bathroom. Terrace. Has been empty for a bit and could do with some work.
Potential for rental income from apartments.
