Located outside of Lagos on the Lekki peninsula, towards the campus of ChevronTexaco Nigeria Limited is 57 hectares parcel of land to be developed into a housing estate for the ChevronTexaco Employees Cooperative Thrift & Credit Society. The land has been designed to have 431 plots comprising:
•46 plots @ 1200 sq.m per plot
•204 plots @ 1000 sq.m per plot
•181 plots @ 800 sq.m per plot
These plots are distributed into 3 zones as follows:
•Zone A - 46 plots @ 1200 sq.m & 80 plots @ 1000 sq.m
•Zone B - 85 plots @ 1000 sq.m & 37 plots @ 800 sq.m
•Zone C - 39 plots @ 1000 sq.m & 144 plots @ 800 sq.m
A central zone is provided within which will be the communal and recreational facilities. A variety of house types are being developed for sale to the potential owners. The new town is envisioned to be a MODEL ESTATE.
