There are only 13 lodges on the park(David Bellamy Conservation Gold Award winner) and each lodge has paved drives. The park displays magnificently planted beds and lawned areas which are constantly maintained throughout the year.
The lodge is available for residency of just over 11 months (closed 4 weeks mid-Jan to mid-Feb). Site fees are approx £2500 per annum and this includes water rates. We have paid the site fees up to January 2011. Although the lodge is just over 3 years old, it is in pristine condition.
There is no other lodge situated in the Lake District at this price and in this condition.
