High quality is all over the house. The kitchen and dining area floors are all real tile. The floors in the rest of the house except for the bathrooms are all top quality engineered real wood.
The easy to manage garden combined with open fields provides the great situation of having a large green space that you don't have to take care of. But if you're the sort who likes to play about in the garden, there's something in it for you as well. For a small additional price you may be able to expand the garden.
