About the building:
Construction started in 2007 and ended in 2009. It is 24 stories tall and has a luxurious lobby. There is underground as well as over ground parking. There is a fitness room with the latest training facilities and a large screen TV. There are 3 fast elevators (one is a Shabat elevator on Fridays Saturdays and religious holidays). The building is guarded 24/7 and maintained by a building management company.
About the apartment:
The apartment is a 3.5 bedroom (4.5 rooms), 2 bathroom apartment. It is 133sqm large. It is on the 12th floor. It includes a storage room (about 12sqm) on level -1 and two consecutive underground parking spots.
As you enter the apartment there is a large living room followed by a 12sqm sun balcony facing the sea (unobscured view). The kitchen is an open kitchen that is opposite the living room, it was custom built to have ample storage space with functionality and design in mind. It includes special telescopic drawers, pantry closets and a clay wine storage unit. It also includes luxury marble countertop and high end appliances (see below). A hallway from the living room leads to the bed chambers. There is a small room (0.5 room, about 8sqm) that can be used as a bedroom, office or playroom. There is a security room (reinforced concrete and steel) which has a huge closet. There is the master bedroom which is designed for luxury (there is an arc over the bed and the wall at the back of the bed is painted sparkling silver). This room has two small closets in it as well as a shower and toilets. There is another full bedroom. All rooms face the sea and have sea view. The main bathroom has a very large tub in it and wood closets. Two of the bedrooms have bars on the windows (for child safety).
About the furniture and appliances:
Living room: there is an L shaped leather sofa (black), a coffee table, a full floor carpet, 47” HDTV on the wall in a cast frame with blue LED light, media cabinet with DVD and surround sound, a human touch massage chair, chandelier.
Kitchen: a side by side refrigerator, two ovens, flat-panel electronic cooker, ventilation hood, water purification system, dishwasher, 24” HDTV washer, gas dryer. All water in the house is connected to a gas boiler – immediate hot water.
Main bathroom: full width wood closet with marble countertop and sink, full wall mirror, stand alone storage unit, giant bath tub.
Master bedroom: king sized bed with Serta Perfect-day mattress, two night stands, a large chest of drawers, 42” TV, DVD, chandelier.
Security room: Huge closet (2.4 meters wide, 0.6 meters deep and 2.6 meters tall) with 2 designed glass doors, treadmill, office: table, computer, all in one printer fax and copy, 32” HDTV, recording DVD.
Balcony: table and chairs, lay-back chair (to watch the sunset) and LED lights.
Half room: 22” HDTV, piano.
House features:
House is environmentally friendly – LED light throughout the house, gas dryer and hot water.
House is a smart house – currently only some features are used – light in living room, shades in living room, light in master bedroom.
Cameras throughout the house with internet access.
House has central air conditioning with individual room control.
