A short distance away, I am having a larger villa built to live in, so I am reluctantly selling Akbuk Villa to help fund the build.
The villa comes fully furnished with hand-picked quality furnishings, but can be sold without furniture if you have different taste and therefore a price reduction can be agreed.
The villa has only been used for family and friends to holiday in.
I have good connections in the world of showbusiness, and a well-known celebrity has recently stayed there. She said it was one of the best holidays she's had!

Straight ahead is the well-equipped modern kitchen which includes fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. On the right is a good-sized lounge/dining room with double patio doors. Up the stairs are three bedrooms - two of which have balconies - and a well-fitted bathroom.
Up on the top floor is a landing area with a top quality washing machine and a door leading onto the spacious, partly-covered roof terrace with stunning 360-degree views of Akbuk Bay to the front and mountains to the rear.
How water is supplied by solar panels on top of the landing roof. There is air conditioning to the lounge and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in the other bedrooms. TV is supplied by satellite dishes on the roof, with a huge range of channels for free.

Area Information |
| It's a lovely location where prices are very reasonable and beachfront bars and restaurants are very good with great service, a variety of dishes and with drinks can be as little as £10 per head. The area is also well-served by local shops and the price of living is far lower than in England.
The weather is fantastic for 9 months of the year and flights to Bodrum Airport are easy to book online. Shuttle bus transfers from Bodrum Airport take 45 minutes - 1 hour door-to-door, depending on route, and the price is £10 per person. Group discounts are available, or a VIP car is £30 each way.
There is a good community of local and European people, which makes for a very relaxed way of life. |
