El Mirage is north west of Phoenix in Maricopa county. Our home is located in "The Palms of El Mirage" The Palms consists of 152 Manufactured Homes in a gated Community, that owners use a remote or gate combination for access. These are all 3 Bedroom or 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Homes with dry wall construction with 6 inch studs and heavy insulation. [Our A.C. bill runs only $150 per month] Space Rent is $420 per month - goes up only $10 per year or cost of living. Each unit has its own water meter and is charged just what they use. Our bill runs about $ 35 per month for water and garbage. We have about 30% owned by snowbirds that usually leave in May and return in October. All Units have the drip irrigation timers and return in six months to find their homes and plants in excellent condition. We have an elegant Clubhouse for your use with your own key for access with an Olympic size pool, exercise room, full kitchen, and a very large recreation room for parties you can schedule with park manager.
