The property is a very old Puglia farmhouse located between the towns of Oria and Latiano and it is one of the best masserias you could ever find in Puglia, surely an excellent investment opportunity.
Located in a wonderful surrounding among olive groves, vineyards and wheat fields make the area completely quiete and the neighbouring houses are mostly holiday homes. The masseria has a front courtyard, completely fenced from where you can get in the master property, a private chapel (big enough to be a private church) and another bigger gate that brings you to inner yard with original stone tiles on ground. In the inner yard there are other rooms:garage, an oven and other storage rooms (one still has an ancient cart).
