Monte Novo Villa

The design of this villa has been done in a very intelligent way in order to take full advantage of the great views such as a full glass wall that can slide to the side and extend the living room onto the balcony that runs the full length of the house. Throughout, quality materials such as natural stone and Brazilian jatobawood have been used and the house shows great balance from its overall layout and design.
Youdrive up to the villa over a calçadadriveway with parking space for a few cars near the house. The entrance of the villa is on the first floor and is reached by an outside staircase. From the entrance hall there is access to the office/study and into the living room, with a veranda over the full length of the building. The dinning area is adjacent to the living area and the separate fully equipped designed kitchen. Downstairs there are four bedrooms, one en-suite and the other three sharing a bathroom.
