If you have children, the school bus comes to your house to pick up your children and also drops them off in the afternoon. The kids also only have 4 day school week. There is a burn pit in the back yard since there is no trash service in this area.
The 16+ acres of land that go with the house is actually 3, 5+ acre tracts of land. A person could legally build spec homes on either side of the home. The roads are county maintained.
