| Since the procedure is "building on green" u are allowed to make an investment of 40% of the whole price, than on 2 or 3 parts the other part.
Make a note that there are 5 houses next to each other exacly the same, and all of them are for sale.
The price of the two houses sticked to each other 125000 euro each. The other houses which are one by one on their own are 150000 euro, the difference comes out of the ground property.
The houses with 150000 euro are with 400 square meters ground property which causes the price to go up a little.
The houses with 125000 are with 300 squre meters ground property.
The houses are placed in the end of Sofia (capital city of Bulgaria) so u can make out of it a decent villa or a place to rest, and in the same time live there as they are close the hearth of the country.
