The house has 3 large rooms. In each room there is a lot of light, since there is a window in each room. The beautiful large living room is equipped with a beautiful and elegant looking floor. The kitchen is white and was custom-made for the house. It is also quite big. In the back in the house there is a small garden. We have pebbles/stones on the floor, but you can make a small garden with green area out of it. There are 2 bathrooms in this house: the first one is a bath with direct entrance to the large bedroom (with bath tub and WC), the other bath in the middle of the other two rooms (with shower and WC) In front of the house there is a small terrace. The parking space is for 2 cars.

| If wished, the house comes with furniture. 1 washing machine,1 kitchen (oven) ,1 microwave, 1 refrigerator, pots, pans, sofa, sleep couch, bed, 2 desks, ding table , and lamps (the things are not older than 8 months) .The house has warm water, Internet, cable Tv, telephone connection in the whole house.
The electrical gate can be opened with a remote control but can be also by a button inside the house.
The beautiful house in San Francisco de Heredia, one of the best areas in Costa Rica, (even the family of the president lives there) is centric. Approx. 5 minutes walking distance into the city center of Heredia, in 15-20 minutes by car to San Jose. The house is directly next to a High School, is approx. 10 minutes far away from the Universidad Nacional in Heredia and to the supermarket (Hipermas) only 5 minutes walking distance.
The next beach is only 110 km away from the house and has the ideal situation!
Important: in Costa Rica most houses do not have a sanitary system .Normally runs into a tank that has to be emptied every 3 years. That isn’t quite convenient. This house is directly attached at the sanitation system of the city. The house is watched by a guard in the night. In front of the house is little park . Behind this park you will look directly on the mountains.
