We have reduced the price from 85.000,00 to 70.000,00 euro, because the buyer has to replace the septic tank to european regulations. Costs are 6000 euro. We unfortunately have to sell our house due to (health) circumstances after having it for 16 wonderful years. The house is located on the edge of the Ardennes / Champagne and is next to National Route D982 in a small village named Sechault in the North of France. We have completely renovated the house so it provides comfort and luxury. The lovely garden is around the house and therefore you can enjoy the sun the whole day through. You can even see the sunset in the evening and the clear sky with many (shooting) stars at night.
