Welcome in the sunniest area of the French Mediterranean coast (proven by studies). Undoubtedly, you could easily fall in love with this house. Just move in and put your slippers on - no work at all. In pretty good condition, you'll find here a big terrace at the front, partially covered, good sunny, with the sight of the Big Blue, Marseille's bay and the islands. At the rear, the garrigue and the numerous hills, at twenty meters of a fine stony footpath. The ground floor is made up of the living room with open fire and is opening on the soon mentioned terrace with barbecue. It leads to the dining room who's open on the garrigue, and to a big sleeping room. You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen too and a WC, beside the entry. The first floor is made up of three sleeping rooms. Two of them offer a panoramic and unobstructed sea sight. At the rear, the third one leads to a big terrace (about 8 x 4 meters) with the sight of the garrigue and even a little sea sight; looking to the east, you'll can observe the Montagne Sainte-Victoire by nice weather conditions. The bathroom is separated from an second WC. Under the front terrace, you'll find a closed storage room for the logs and other things (approx. 8 x 1,50 meters). The front garden (95 sqm)can be described as made of two parts, one in soil with a Mediterranean pine, a palm tree, an olive tree, one bougainvillee and thuyas; the other part is rocky (the white calcareous stone of the Côte Bleue - Blue Coast ) and embellished with bamboos, wild thyme, rosemary and other local botanic species. It's possible to build there a little swimming-pool, with the entrance directly at the terrace and just in front of the living room. The garage has a new underroof with 5 bikes elevators. A parking place is just in front of the garage, which is not evident in this area. The property is located in a dead end street, which means it's very quiet and secure for the children. This house is our second home since many years. It's for sale (furniture too if wished) because of a lack of time to enjoy it really, and mainly because we have to realise a big property project in Belgium (our country). Meanwhile with the hope of buying another house in Sausset in a few years : living there is so nice... Maybe you'll find that the joined pictures are of bad quality and not very explicit.
