Area Information

The cottage is situated on the Hartland Forest Golf & Leisure Parc approximately four miles from the beautiful, unspoilt North Devon Coast and close to many local attractions. The Golf Parc was originally a farm and the cottages for sale are three of the six that were converted from the original stone farm house and adjacent stone barns. These are the only stone cottages on the site and they are freehold, unlike the timber holiday lodges on the site. There is a bar and bistro on the Parc which is available to the public. The 18 hole golf course, the tennis courts and fishing lakes are also available to the public but there is a charge for these.
