Estate Villas
The estates will have private gardens, private pool, private beaches, and will be built over an area of 13,000 square feet on plots of land 35,000 to 65,000sq ft. The Shoreline Estates will have six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The Seaside Estates features five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
