This is an old English style house newly rebuilt six years ago.It has acement drive with a shed in back.It faces on the water,100ft away.Paved highway and through the community.Population of community approx 400 people.little communities all along the coastline.Health clinic 10 minutes away.Airport half an hour away.The house has electric fireplace and electric heat throughout.Hardwood floors on main.Ceramic tiles in porch and marble tiles in bathroom.The area is well known for its fishing and hunting.It's also an artists paradise.The scenery is absolutely beautiful.We used it as a holiday home.We live primarly in St.Johns,Newfoundland.
The area is situated on the tip of the Great Northern Peninsula.An hour from St.Anthony,approx 500 people.Large hospital there.The Grenfell Mission.Savage cove is half an hour from an airport.The ferry going across to Labrador is fifteen minutes away.The famous Lance Au Meadowes,where the Vikings first landed is 45 minutes away.We're three hours from a bigger city of Corner Brook.Lots of moose to hunt and lots of salmon rivers.
